With Tyrannical the boss stays alive for a considerably amount of time so this issue becomes very frustrating. However, they still cast their ability and spawn fel orbs. We see that whenever adds spawn, they would go straightly to the fountain(or idk, the round thing in that room) and evade all attacks. We had a chance to run a +15 and +14 this week. We found that the 1st boss in Vault of the Warden is bugged. So It has been almost a week into patch 7.3, my team and I have been running some mythic keys to see if there are any 'untold' changes.
